EMANIO customers can for the first time access EMANIO's support department by using web-based access.
"Giving our customers the ability to interact with us via the web has always been important to us," said EMANIO CEO KG Charles-Harris. "Our customers have always been able to use e-mail to generate support incidents with us; now however they have the option of signing up for a dedicated support portal that will allow them to log and manage all their support cases," continued Mr. Charles-Harris.
In addition, EMANIO customers will have an abundant supply of tools and self-help literature, including white papers and how-to video recordings, to help them in their daily activities. This will be a significant boost to EMANIO's Customer Care offering, which the company has been developing during the past year.
EMANIO's support portal allows customers to create cases, manage case status and exchange data with EMANIO's support team using a web-based system. EMANIO customers will be given access to the Support Section of Customers Care Portal on a as requested basis or as part of its recently announced Preferred support package.
